These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and our online booking and communication tools. By using this site, you agree to them.
These Terms of Use cover your use of the website. Work we perform for you is governed separately by our Master Service Agreement and, where applicable, a signed Estimate and Project Agreement.
1. Who We Are
This website is operated by HandyHawk, a DBA of Derekh Operations LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Fort Worth, Texas.
2. Use of This Site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
3. SMS Consent
By submitting your phone number through any form on this site, or by texting us, you consent to receive SMS messages from HandyHawk regarding your service inquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates.

- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to provide your phone number.

4. Booking and Payment
Bookings made through this site require payment at the time of booking to reserve your time slot. Pricing shown reflects our flat-rate tiers. Materials are billed at cost. Time beyond your booked tier is billed in 30-minute increments with your approval.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may reschedule with reasonable advance notice. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Master Service Agreement, provided before work begins.
6. On-Time Guarantee
If we arrive later than the agreed arrival window, a $50 credit is applied to your invoice. The guarantee does not apply to delays caused by weather, access problems at the property, or circumstances outside our control.
7. Estimates and Scope
Prices and descriptions on this site are general guidance, not a binding quote. Actual scope and cost are confirmed before work begins. We do not quote sight-unseen work of unknown scope.
8. AI Assistant
Our chat, SMS, and phone systems may be handled by an automated assistant. Information it provides is for general guidance and is not a binding quote or a guarantee of availability. You may request a person at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and the HandyHawk name and mascot, is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any warranty covering work we actually perform, which is addressed in our Master Service Agreement.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
